Back-To-The-Landers Helen and Scott Nearing said “Life is enriched by aspiration and effort, rather than by acquisition and accumulation.” We follow humbly in their footsteps and ask that you spend only one-third of each day in “bread labor.” The rest of your time on the homestead should be spent on artistic, recreational, and professional pursuits as well as community service.
